Dr. Sarah Huffman joined Pinecrest in April 2025. She grew up on a small hobby farm, which inspired her to join 4-H in middle school and shadow at her local veterinary clinic. Born and raised in Michigan with family from the Port Huron area, she has interned in both the northern and southern parts of the state. She graduated from Michigan State University’s veterinary school in 2023 and enjoys the science behind veterinary medicine. She has three pets: Penny, a Dachshund-Yorkie mix, and two cats, Reuben and Joseph. Outside work she enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, sewing, reading, snowmobiling near Petoskey in winter, and time around water and sand in summer.
